1. What is Chice?

Answer: We create personalized accessories by writing names or messages on individual grains of rice. These grains are then placed in decorative vials filled with oil, creating beautiful and meaningful pieces like necklaces, keychains, bracelets, and earrings.

2. How many grains of rice can I have in a vial?

Answer: Our vial designs have varying rice grain capacities with the first grain free. Please note the crystal vials can hold only one grain of rice and no beads.

3. What kind of text can be written on the rice grains?

Answer: You can personalize each grain of rice with names, short messages, or initials. Due to the size of the grain, the text limit is 9 characters per grain to ensure clarity and readability.

4. Can I customize the vial and beads?

Answer: Yes, you can! We offer a variety of vial designs, bead colors, and charms. You can choose from different combinations to create a piece that perfectly suits your style or the recipient's preferences.

5. How do I place a custom order?

Answer: You can place a custom order directly on our website. Use our product personalizer to select your preferred vial design, bead colour, charm, and enter the text for each rice grain. Once you're satisfied with your creation, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Answer: Each piece is handcrafted in 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but we provide an estimated delivery date at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we do offer international shipping! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. During checkout, you can select your country, and the appropriate shipping options will be displayed.

8. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Answer: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at chicewriterice@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

9. What is your return and refund policy?

Answer: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Answer: To keep your Chice jewelry looking its best, avoid direct exposure to water or harsh chemicals.
